Our services include Functional Neurology, Chiropractic Care, Physical Rehabilitation, Oxygen Therapy, including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), and Gyrostim, among other integrative modalities.

2. Eligibility

3. Appointment Booking & Use

  • Appointments may be scheduled at our Spring Grove or Chicago clinics via our website or contact details.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, and will notify you promptly.

  • Timeliness is appreciated. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or rescheduling.
